LEC and Chamberlain University have partnered to offer an exciting opportunity for students pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 3 years. Students spend one year at LEC completing basic science and CORE proficiencies and then transfer to Chamberlain University’s Cleveland campus to complete their nursing coursework and clinical rotations.

Chamberlain University Requirements

Lake Erie College Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) transfer students are eligible for admission to the Chamberlain University College of Nursing provided they meet the following requirements:

  • Submit a complete application for admission to Chamberlain University

  • Achieve at least a 73 percent on the A2 Admission Assessment

  • Minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale

  • Complete a background check, drug screen and fingerprint
